Nerf Cushion Travel

I believe that cushion travel is to powerful and takes away from other possible movement, such as minecarts, ice boats, horses, and more. A simple way to fix this would be to add a cooldown to sitting on another cushion after riding one, like 0.25 seconds.

A way to fix this would be when the player sits down on the cushion, they get turned around so that players would have to turn all the way around again to cushion travel. This would also make it so that players don't have to turn around after getting into a chair from the front.
