New The End Biome: [Desolate Snowy Plains]

The Desolate Snowy Plains is a biome that generates in the interior regions of the End. While Phantoms may spawn there, the inland location means there is little risk of falling into the void. Additionally, Iceologers inhabit the snowy outposts found there.
