Renewed jukebox ambiance

In legacy edition minecraft, when jukeboxes were played, the background music was cutout. perhaps this is just something on bedrock, but it made it so much  better. now they both just mesh in and it sounds bad. for the odd occasion music is played, it is exceedingly better when that the only thing playing. hopefully this gets added soon, goodbye❤️

    Could lead to interesting contraptions where if someone want's to cut off Minecraft's music, they can take a disc in and out of a jukebox.
