Hello,
I am a paying Minecraft Bedrock Edition player on Android (Samsung tablet) and I am writing to report a serious issue that I believe needs to be addressed.
I recently tried to transfer my world to another device and back it up, but I discovered that the world files are saved in /data/user/0/com.mojang.minecraftpe which is completely inaccessible on modern and new Android/Samsung devices due to system security restrictions.
To make things worse, there is no Export World or cloud backup button in the Edit World menu on Android Bedrock Edition. This means that as a paying customer, I have no way to back up my worlds, transfer them between devices, or protect my progress.
I switch between devices frequently and this is a big problem for me. Could you please let me know if there is any current solution or workaround that allows players to transfer or sync worlds between Android devices without paying for Realms?
I am also requesting that Mojang adds a built-in Export World or Backup to Cloud feature on Android Bedrock Edition, similar to what other games offer. Players should not have to lose their hard-earned progress simply because the files are locked away and inaccessible.
Thank you for your time and I hope this gets addressed soon.
Best regards
