Sculk Shriekers are disabled when any Warden is closer than 24 blocks and Parrots can imitate mobs closer than 20 blocks. If Parrots can cheat Sculk Shriekers and Wardens, they can expand the disabling distance to 48 blocks ideally, which greatly reduces the chance of spawning extra Warden. This is definitely a balanced enhancement to Parrots.
