teleport and other command permissions for bedrock edition

Currently on Bedrock for a player to use the /teleport command they need operator permissions despite there being a separate permission option for /teleport. This means that if you want everyone on a world or server to be able to teleport themselves they have access to every command along with being able to see all of the commands other people do, this effectively removes the whisper/message command and makes it so that if you don't want everyone to be able to do anything they want the host or server admins have to teleport everyone themselves. I think you should be able to set what commands each individual player can use or have an option to let people use the built in command menu (minus /setworldspawn) in the chat UI without giving them operator permissions. This would give them access to /teleport, /weather and /timeset .
