I know the Switch line of products isn't really known for having elite specs, but Switch 2 literally is an upgrade to Switch 1 in every way: screen size, specs, everything. Which perplexes me: why does MCD installed on Switch 2 still behave graphically as if it is on Switch 1(mainly the 30fps cap)? I know it (S2) was released after MCD's abandonment, though a technical update that brings the graphics menu from PC to the Switch version would be nice. Since users can now customize their own graphic settings, if a newer Switch model is released, there won't need to be any manual graphics cap increases; the in-game visual settings menu would allow players to increase the game's fidelity as the consoles iterate through versions.
It is the best way to keep this great game's visual quality constantly up to date. And a graphics settings menu has already been made for PC.
It'll make playing on Switch a better experience, and players can always just turn it back to 30 fps if it is getting laggy.
Even a max 30-60 fps slider would be nice. 60 is more than enough. RAM on the Switch 2 is more than enough; it has like 12GB from what I've researched.
