New mob idea

I am writing to inform you I have an idea for a new mob called Volt. It is a retextured breeze with a yellow tornado, that turns grass into mycelium. It is able to move blocks with its tornado[and it has two attacks.

 1: block throw - done to passive mobs or players 

2: strike - summons lightening to attack a player that antagonises them. Spawns around a woodland mansions or near a jungle temple at night .

It also drops an enchanted book of channeling and a new item called a volt rod, which is an orangish hue colour. This is used in a new weapon called volt sword. It is used to first paralyse and next  kill mobs.

In my opinion I think it is time to add a new mob to Minecraft to go with the breeze and the blaze .

I hope you can consider putting this mob in java and bedrock edition of Minecraft.
