a function for the fletching table

in the next 26.3 snapshot, there would be a function for the flatching table. now we can't use it for creating arrows, bows and crossbows, while villagers can. now what i want to say is that the fletching table must be like all the other utility blocks (like crafting table, smithing table, anvil, cartography table, furnace/forges etc.) with a GUI and a right-click functionality
