Ideas to Improve Minecraft Bedrock edition UI (MCPE)

Minecraft Bedrock's new UI (OreUI) has a few things I would like to see in the UI. Here are those things that I would like to see:

• Let users customize the UI with resource packs: I have a bunch of resource packs that enhances Bedrock's UI, but with the implementation of the OreUI, those resource packs have stopped working and only show the custom panorama. It'd be a great idea if there was a way to customize the new UI using resource packs without using mods to hide the new UI or enable resource packs to customize it.
• Marketplace purchase conformation: Minecraft's marketplace has a problem, accidental purchases. If you have a ton of Minecoins and are looking at a pack, then please add a conformation where when you press the "Buy" button it askes you if you want to complete the transaction. This is only a problem if you have Minecoins because usually if you dont it tells you to buy Minecoins where there's a popup where it askes you if you want to buy Minecoins.
• Dressing room randomly deletes users skins: The dressing room has a problem where sometimes it deletes my character and resets it to the default Steve. (Important to note: this just unequips everything, no cosmetic gets deleted) 
• Chat: The chat takes ages to load because of the animations. Please make chat load faster. Also for PC players please make chat a small window rather then a full screen menu.
• IP servers on top: Please put featured servers below added IP servers. I often have to scroll pages to reach my servers.
