Window Pane Types

Instead of making a whole new glass panes, putting a Glass pane on a slab will make the glass pane half of its normal side, and putting a glass pane on a stairs will make it a stair shaped glass pane, without it being a new block or being 2 new types. The glass pane now changes shape based on the size of the block it is placed on.
