Split Game Mode into Default World and Personal Player Modes

Currently, Java Edition's "Game Mode" setting under "Edit Game Rules" only changes the default mode for new players, not the existing player's own mode. This confuses many players because they expect it to change their personal mode immediately.

I suggest adopting Bedrock Edition's clearer approach:

  1. Rename the current option to "Default Game Mode (for new players)".

  2. Add a separate "Personal Game Mode" dropdown or a simple button next to it.

This small UI change would eliminate confusion, align Java with Bedrock, and make the menu self-explanatory. No gameplay changes are needed—just a clearer interface.
