Add the bell raider highlighting feature from Java to Bedrock

During a bedrock raid, I spent over an hour looking for a Pillager in the second wave I could not find him and unlike Java, I could not use the bell to highlight him. The raid then ended, and I got nothing out of it after wasting a ton of time, I think it would be valuable to add the bell highlighting feature during raids into bedrock in the next update.
