Artifact idea: Creeper Bell

Lore: Crafted by forgotten smiths, it's bell echoes with with a frequency capable of bending a charged creeper to your will. 

Design: A yellow bell covered in moss, etched with a Creeper face

Ability: Summons a charged creeper that runs onto the screen, charges straight to the nearest hostile mob and does huge AoE. Basically twice the size of a regular creeper explosion

Cooldown: 25 Seconds 

You get this weapon after beating creeper woods for the first time. Introducing the player into big damage big cooldown artifacts

I really hope my concept could potentially be in Minecraft dungeons 2. I'm really excited for it!
