Add custom player heads to minecraft bedrock edition

Add custom player heads to Minecraft Bedrock Edition Description: Minecraft Java Edition has the ability to get player heads and custom heads using commands and textures. It would be amazing to have a similar feature in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. This feature would be useful for: building player statues; decorating worlds; adventure maps; servers and minigames; creating trophies or memories using player skins. A command or item similar to Java Edition's player_head would be a great addition for Bedrock players, especially on consoles like PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
