Turn a Regular Villager into a Wandering Trader

Hello Minecraft Team,
I would like to suggest a cool new mechanic that connects regular villagers with the Wandering Trader.
Currently, Wandering Traders only spawn randomly in the world. I propose adding a new craftable workstation block called the "Trading Stand".
If a player places this block in a village, an unemployed regular villager can take this job and transform into a Wandering Trader. This would give players a reliable way to get a Wandering Trader in their base or village whenever they need one, making their unique trades much more accessible.

    yeah, but wandering traders are useless. the only reason I like them is the leads that I can get from them.

    Alternatively, there could be a block that attracts wandering traders, causing them to spawn
