Add more uses for shulker shells!

there hasn't been a good use for Shulkers in over 10 years. And I think there should be more use for their Shulker shells. Some good ideas could be: 

Some sort of way to shoot Shulker bullets. Such as a new type of arrow, or an entirely new ranged weapon.

A Shulker Helmet. Basically a Turtle Shell, but purple.

A new potion. It could be anything End related. Like one where it teleports you when being attacked, or one that has Shulker bullet models. surround you, but instead of damaging someone/something, it allows you to tank a couple of hits and survive, and also, once you tank damage, one of the Shulker bullet models disappear until you have no more.
