Age-Restricted Marketplace for Adult Players.

Hello Mojang Team, I would like to share an idea with you that has already been proposed by a large portion of the Minecraft Bedrock community. My message is not driven by frustration with the Marketplace, but rather by a desire to offer a constructive suggestion that could help improve Minecraft Bedrock in the future. Minecraft is played by millions of adults, not just children. An adult-oriented section within the Marketplace would encourage creators to develop new add-ons. By implementing age verification and parental controls to restrict access for children, adult players could enjoy a wider range of content without altering the experience for younger players. This would allow creators to publish more mature content—such as realistic firearms, survival-focused gameplay, or other experiences that are currently difficult to offer on the Marketplace. It would expand the possibilities while maintaining control, benefiting the entire community and respecting the needs of different audiences. In conclusion, I am convinced that such a move would strengthen the bond between Mojang and its community by demonstrating that player feedback is being heard, all while upholding Minecraft's core values. Like many others, I grew up with Minecraft, and I sincerely hope to see it continue to evolve alongside this community for a long time to come.
