(Bedrock) Add Quasi Connectivy

Please add Quasi Connectivity to bedrock - What do you want done? Quasi Connectivity support to bedrock. - Why do you want something done? Because Quasi Connectivity on Bedrock would be amazing for so many people. Java redstoners could play on Bedrock and do redstone like java. - How do you want something done? I'd like that there is a new gamerule or setting in world creation called "enablejavaredstone" type boolean. When true the redstone in that world acts as the redstone from java. When false keep the redstone act like it acts by default in bedrock. - More... It would be nice if making java elevators was easy on bedrock because right now one piston has to be sticky and the other non sticky else elevator doesnt work (it's does kinda work with 2 sticky pistons but it rocks back and forth)
