Minecraft Java and Bedrock editions should be merged into one edition

Minecraft should create a new edition in form of a new version for both java and bedrock, so that when the player downloads it during the installation the data of the player is saved and the new features of the game would automatucally be installed. This new edition would be built up from the bedrock edition
Things on java that should be added:
The sweep attack .
Dispencer aim should be improved.
Arrows should stay on the players body.
The use of barners on shields.
The use of barners as markers on maps.
Being able to build on the nether roof.
It should have an F3 menue.
It should have chunk borders(F3+G).
Being able to breath underwater by using doors.
Being in a state of flying and swimming when you dive under water using an elytra.
Being able to play any version.
Speed control by your scrollwheel in spectator mode.
TNT duplication.
Being able to put a mob head on a villager and where them armor.
Ability to hold any item in your off-hand and use them.
A furnace minecart that when you right click it with coal it moves until the coal runs out..
There should be hardcore mode.
Able to get a turtle into a boat.
Being able to hold down the middle mouse button in creative and duplicate items over other spots.
The wither should have less health.
When you drink milk after getting minning fatigue it should give you a 1 minute pause of the effect.

New things:

Two people being able to riding a horse at once.
There should be a mob that flies faster than the ghast and can land on the ground.
