Add Item Frames as Entities in Bedrock Edition.

In Java Edition, item frames behave as entities, allowing multiple item frames to exist in the same block space. This gives builders much more flexibility for custom decorations, maps, and technical creations. It would be great if Bedrock Edition also supported entity-based item frames. If changing the default behavior isn't possible, another option would be to add a spawnable entity version that can only be obtained through commands (similar to other summonable entities). This would preserve the current gameplay while giving map makers, builders, and creators access to the same creative possibilities available in Java Edition, without affecting normal survival gameplay.

    Alternatively, let players have the option to decide between an item frame placed as a block or entity when placing an item frame in both editions.
