Add brown bears with the introduction of the dappled forest

With the introduction of the dappled forest this would be a good time to introduce a brown bear mob, the polar and panda bear already exist in the vanilla game so why can't we add the most common bear into the game? It would spawn in all current forest biomes but especially the dappled forest and would introduce life to this new biome.
