Let music discs (inc using playsound) play globally without distance fading

I've always wanted to be able to play music discs from my jukebox without having to be near it to hear it at full volume. However, no matter what command I use, there is currently no way to make music play globally. I'm suggesting adding a command. This would allow creators to make global jukeboxes, radios, adventure map music, and custom disc systems.  And, it wouldn't affect the normal gameplay. (e. "/playsound <sound> global @a" or "/playsound <sound> master @a no_directional_fade")
