More NPC skins

I think the Bedrock NPCs are so cool, but I wish there were more skin options for them. A lot of them are weirdly specific, like multiple beekeeper or construction worker skins. It would be nice to have more skins for them that are more versatile. Some ideas that could be cool would be: medieval knights, some desert skins, some tundra skins, miners, engineers, monarchs, witches and wizards
