Era’s in Minecraft

I think that in Minecraft, everything looks like the Stone Age, so I think, why can’t it be the Stone Age? I think that you should start in the Stone Age, but every seven Minecraft days you go into a new era. Then you can experience the past of Minecraft like if pillagers and villagers where friends, then you go into the future if you’ve been playing for while. Or craft a Time Machine to go into the era you want.
