Force ON/OFF Vibrant Visuals

Here Is my request: Many medium/high-end devices can't run Vibrant Visuals, if you have a good device anyways Vibrant Visuals would be grayed, and, in very High End, or Gaming Phones, PC's and iPads, It force enabled, si It would be good to deactivate it, so your device wont turn hot.
