Mob - Spring Enderman

It would be interesting to have an Enderman variant, since, as far as I know, there isn't an official one yet. It would be cool to have an Enderman with flowers around its body and on its head; this variant would be white with pink eyes and would spawn in the Cherry Grove biome. Unlike the standard Enderman, the "Spring Enderman" wouldn't attack the player even if looked at directly in the eyes, though it would retaliate if attacked, dealing 5 damage and applying the Slowness effect to the player.
