Add a gamerule to disable wolf attacking players based on pvp

It's annoying when you play with friends and you jokingly punch eachother, and then both of your wolves start attacking each other and or one of them dies or you have to not be close to your friend for a little while. It especially sucks in caves. A simple disableWolfpvp game rule would be incredible!
