Sulphur arrows

I want to make an arrow that the sulfur cube is attached to. Then when you shoot the arrow a sulfur cube spawns where the arrow lands, and would have what ever block was in the sulfur cube when you attached it to the arrow. Or the sulfur cube is launched from you when you shoot the arrow.
