Make Minecraft: Bedrock Edition officially compatible with Linux

Minecraft: Bedrock Edition is currently only officially supported on Windows, consoles, and mobile devices. Adding official Linux support would allow more players to enjoy Minecraft on their preferred operating system without needing workarounds.

The community has already shown that running Bedrock Edition on Linux is possible through unofficial projects such as the Minecraft Bedrock Launcher, which provides compatibility by adapting the Android version of the game to Linux systems.

Instead of requiring players to rely on unofficial solutions, Mojang could consider working with the Linux community or using existing compatibility work as a starting point to create an official Linux version.

Linux support would benefit many players, especially those using Steam Deck-like devices, Linux gaming setups, and open-source operating systems. It would also make Minecraft more accessible across different platforms while keeping the Bedrock ecosystem unified.
