I would like to suggest a brand-new aquatic mob that would bring more life, depth, and exciting gameplay to our oceans: The Whale
It's a massive, passive-to-neutral giant designed in the classic blocky Minecraft style. It introduces new ocean interactions, unique taming mechanics, and a brand-new crafting material.
#Appearance & Dimensions
Adult Size: A massive creature measuring 17 blocks long and 11 blocks wide
Baby Whale: A adorable, miniature version - 5 times smaller
Visual Style: Features a blue, textured blocky body with large side flippers and a distinct tail
#Spawn & Behavior
Habitat: Whales naturally spawn in seas and oceans
Spawn Light Level: They can spawn at any light level from 0 to 15
Taming: Whales can be tamed by feeding them kelp
Boat Hunting: Whales have a playful yet destructive habit—they actively hunt/attack boats!
Temperament: They are generally peaceful giants. They have zero aggressiveness toward players unless provoked
#Combat & Stats
Health: 30HP 15Hearts
Defense: 16 Armor points /8hearts
Attacking: They do not actively attack players or other mobs and prefer to defend themselves if needed
#Unique Drops & Crafting
When defeated, the Whale drops valuable maritime resources:
0–1 Nautilus Shell
0–1 Cod
1–5 Whale Teeth
New Crafting Mechanics (Whale Teeth & Enamel Block):
Whale teeth can be used to craft a new decorative and structural material called Enamel:
Enamel: Crafted using 1 Whale Teeth
Enamel Block: A solid block crafted using 4 Enamel pieces
