Carpets covering a face of slime/honey blocks

Carpets should be able to be used on a face of slime or honey blocks. Blocks adjacent to carpeted faces of slime or honey blocks won't be pulled along because of the carpeted face. Carpeted slime / honey blocks can stick to their normal respective variants, provided the slime/honey block is not touching a carpeted face. Any carpet color can be used, and multiple faces can be carpeted. 

If a carpeted face is a honey block's top face, entities won't be pulled along, similar to other blocks.

This will add purpose to carpets, and make better redstone contraptions possible.
