MINECARTS UPD

Minecarts have been around in Minecraft for a long time, but haven't received any major updates. While they used to be the fastest way to travel, they're now used almost exclusively for Redstone machines. My idea is to make them even better: speed, automatic train stations, locomotives, storage, and more! This will make rails what they were meant to be!
