Natural Mob Breeding

Mobs like cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens should be able to breed naturally in the world under certain circumstances.

What I mean by "certain circumstances" is for example:

When a sheep has eaten 7 or so patches of grass, it will begin to look for another sheep who has also eaten 7 or so patches of grass and is also looking for a mate, they then will make a baby sheep, and the colour is then also determined by the parents (obviously). But if this sheep has been sheard or is not meeting a sheep's standard, they will not mate. 

This should be a very slow and unreliable source of breeding, so farms don't get too overpowered.

This should also be a toggle-able feature in the settings as the effects of the naturally breeding animals may cause farms to break, such as the wool farm, since the dispenser won't be able to shear the sheep because the sheep hasn't eaten any grass because it is looking for a mate.
