Lynx

The lynx will spawn in the arctic or taiga and will be neutral until attacked. It is very rare and solitary. The lynx is just a little smaller than a wolf and has the appearance of a lynx but more blocky while still maintaining its basic build. It doesn't sink into powder snow.

When a player attacks it, it will ready itself. Then, when attacked again, it will dodge the attack and hit the player. The lynx will repeat this method until the player dies, or if not attacked again, will continue to attack and will not back off. The lynx has 16 health points and can deal 4-9 damage while attacking. Most of the time the damage dealt by it is 4.

Lynxes and untamed wolves are hostile towards one another. Once the wolf is tamed, they are not hostile, but the lynx will act in self defense.  

When the lynx dies, it will drop 1-2 string, 0-2 raw fish, and 1-2 lynx's foot. The lynx's foot can be used to make snow shoes.  These are boots that make it so you do not sink into powder snow while being able to sprint on top of snow faster. The crafting recipe to make snow shoes: 6 sticks and 2 lynx feet in a racket shape where the lynx's feet are in the center.
