Mob suggestion: Minotaur-like mini-boss in forests

Appearance & spawning:

- They roam forests until seeing the player

Behavior:

- Hostile: Once seeing the player,they will roar and charge at the player at high speeds

- If they hit a tree or any obstacles they get stunned for a few seconds

Drops:

-When defeated, they drop the Minotaur hide

-1 Minotaur hide can be used to craft 4 leathers

- Alternatively the Minotaur tunic, which has equivalent defense to chainmail armor,but provides permanent Knockback resistance
