Parity of Hunger and Saturation between Java and Bedrock

In Bedrock, hunger makes your life regenerate slowly, making the game very difficult especially in combat, while in Java, your life regenerates quickly by eating any food, making the game easier, the hunger of Minecraft Bedrock Edition should be the same as Minecraft Java Edition, why? Because one of the things that makes it most difficult in Minecraft Bedrock Edition is hunger, it doesn't regenerate your life like in Minecraft Java Edtion
