Mobile Light Mechanism

I suggest mobile light mechanism be added to boost gaming experience. It's unrealistic that torches don't give off light when held in hands unless they're placed down and so do other lighting objects. If it is applied we can light up the surroundings just with some torches in either of hands(for example a torch in the left with a pickaxe in the right is a perfect combination for a miner). The level of light in the vicinity is decided by the kind of light player is holding and the distance from the coordinate of the center of the block that the source of light is aligned to.
