Obsidian Pressure Plate A pressure plate that only players can activate. Mobs, items, boats, minecarts, armour stands — nothing else triggers it. Great for secret bases and mob‑proof doors.
Redstone Lighter A flint‑and‑steel‑style tool that gives a single redstone pulse when used on a block. It doesn’t ignite anything; it’s a handheld button for traps, puzzles, and timed doors.
Enderman Head Dropped when a charged creeper kills an Enderman. Endermen will try to kill the charged creeper, but you must wait until after the thunderstorm because rain makes them teleport away. When placed, the head screams if looked at and outputs a redstone signal based on distance (close = strong, far = weak). Waterlogging it silences the scream but keeps the signal.
Redstone Lines Crafted from redstone dust + string, giving string a real use. Lines carry signals in a single, clean path and can climb vertically on walls and ceilings. They only connect in one direction: at corners they bend OR go straight, never both. They don’t auto‑connect to redstone dust, keeping dust as the messy multi‑connect option and Lines as tidy vertical routing.
