Whistle Mechanic: Call Tamed Pets & Horses (RDR Style)

A whistling system to call pets from a distance, or to call horses like in the game RDR. You can also call happy ghasts to your position, as they sometimes don't respond to snowballs. It can be a function that is applied at each moment or a crafting of a new whistle.
