Pangolin

Pangolins are peaceful mammals found in savannas, jungles, and badlands edges. They wander slowly, curl into a ball when startled, and dig into the ground to hide. They eat ants, a tiny ambient mob found near dead logs.

Burrowing Utility When pangolins burrow, they may uncover small rewards like clay, flint, or a rare iron nugget. These drops are occasional and not farmable, just a fun bonus for exploring.

Pangolin Dens Small natural dens made of packed dirt, roots, and dead logs generate in warm biomes. They always have an ant cluster nearby and usually contain 1–2 pangolins sleeping curled up. Dens may include a tiny burrow hole with flint or clay inside, making them a reliable place to find pangolins.

Taming & Breeding Feed pangolins ants to breed them. Tamed pangolins follow you slowly, and right‑clicking makes them curl up and stay put.

Drops & Uses Pangolins drop scales used to craft Scale Polish, a decorative shine for armor trims. Rare polished scales brew Burrow Sense, a short potion that highlights nearby ores with faint particles.
