make sitting on cushions have a delay or be impossible to do while sitting

cushions right now can be used to traverse massive distances at like.. at least 50 blocks per second, which is either the same or over the speed you can get on blue ice while driving a boat

however, this is largely because the player can sit on a cushion while already being on a cushion

if it required standing up (e.g not being on a cushion) that could balance out the speed, or you could add a simple delay

  Instead of nerfing new blocks being added, maybe we need a rework of older blocks that havent been touch, in forever
