How to implement vertical slab well

So the slab exists and you should make a vertical version that is crafted with 3 wood in a vertical line and the current slab could be called a floor slab vertical slab a wall slab. So a wall stone slab or floor stone slab. But if you have only floor slabs and want wall slabs you could put it in your crafting grid or inventory grid and it can rotate to become the other slab so there's no waste and they're basically the same item.
