Item Frame improvements

With the introduction of the cushion, which can be placed in any horizontal surface and behaves as an entity (similar to the item frame) I wonder if the same could be done with item frames, allowing them to be placed in any wall/vertical surface. This would allow them to be placed in glass panes without floating, fences, and maybe even introduce some new interesting decoration techniques. Besides that, we could also make it son with shears you can make it invisible, like it can be done currently with commands. And maybe if you shift+right click holding glass panes, we could give it more “health” so in takes more than one punch to break.
