New dog type for Dappled Forest

With the newest Minecraft drop as of now adding a new Dappled Forest biome, it feels very appropriate to add a whole new variation of a dog that can be found there!

I love new(sort of) dog types and it really makes sense for dappled forest to have it's own dog coloration. I am not necessarily sure what color it should be, but I am thinking black and white is a good choice. This biome feels distinct from the others and is also similar to other biomes that have their own dog variants like forest and taiga.

I think this wouldn't only make many players happy but will also make sense, because Dappled Forest seems like a place that should have it's own dog variant.
