Reroll Villager Trades

I feel like it would be so nice to be able to reroll villager trades instead of getting another villager. You can reroll trades by interacting with the villager you want to reroll and you select a button at the bottom of all their available trades and you select which trade to reroll, you then pay them emeralds based on the job of the villager and which trade is being reroll.

    You can kind of already reroll them by breaking their workstation and replacing it immediately, though that's obviously inconvenient outside of a trading hall.
