Make Item Frames like Cushions

Please make it so item frames can be placed flat on any surface, such as on carpets or trapdoors, similar to cushions

    yes you should be able to put them on fences without them just floating

    item frames "stick" to any surface would be actually big, you could place them on tables made of trapdoors, they would properly stick to chests and not ominously float one pixel away from them, which is one of reasons I prefer to not use chests in big storage rooms despite chests are still best storage block for this
