Dappled Forest tweaks and Phantom Perks

Greetings, Mojang. I have been playing the newest snapshot today, and absolutely love the new seats and wool shapes. I've already found cool ways to use them to make stylish chairs, and used them in a few builds. 

I do, however, have a few ideas to make the dappled forest drop everything that it could be. My first issue is that the new trees are called "Poplar" trees, this is a seemingly ridiculous grievance, however I do live in a small town called "poplar forest," and I can say with confidence that no poplar tree has ever looked anything remotely like that. The tree in the snapshot itself is great, but I think I'm more fitting name for the wood, and the tree, would be maple trees. This fits the fall vibe that the forest is aiming for. This also gave me another interesting idea, that then branched out into a plethora of great ideas. I made a list.

1. Maple logs have a 10% chance to drop resin clumps when chopped down with an ax. This chance increases by 5% with every level of Fortune that is applied to the tool. This would give new players a less dangerous way to obtain resin, unlocking a whole pallet of blocks and armor trims without having to deal with the nightmare that is The Creaking.
