Data-Driven Potion Recipes

glad to see they're finally data-driven ! but now what we need is something similar to what the furnace recipes and such has; we need a variable in there to control how long it takes for them to brew. Similar to how furnace or campfire cooking recipes have an optional cooktimer to them; I think brewing would benefit heavily from having something similar.
