piece of block as a variation of slabs and stairs

*A block piece would be a new block format that would be 1/4 the size of a slab. *It could be stacked up to a full block. (In addition to being usable in other formats.) *It could be used for decoration and detailing of constructions such as: vertical slabs, smaller details and others... *This could be done on the stonecutter and the crafting table. This would be a great addition to the game's building mechanics, especially since we're currently on a great path for it.( it would basically be a slab cut into 4 pieces leaving only small blocks)
